Latest WWE News – Drew Gulak will defend the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against Lio Rush
KUSHIDA will fight WALTER in an individual match
USA Network will broadcast NXT’s fourth weekly live television program tonight, an event to be held at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Our editor Gabriel Vallés will bring all the information live through the weekly report. The show will last two hours and will be the second time they are broadcast entirely on the USA Network.
– Drew Gulak will defend the NXT Cruiserweight Championship against Lio Rush. The company confirmed the fight during the recordings of the show last week. Lio Rush got the headline opportunity by beating Oney Lorcan in the first episode of NXT aired on the USA Network two weeks ago.
– KUSHIDA will fight against WALTER. Two weeks ago, KUSHIDA intervened in an IMPERIUM promotion and challenged WALTER to a titular fight for the NXT UK Championship. Last week, KUSHIDA teamed up with Breezango to face IMPERIUM members Alexander Wolfe, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel. KUSHIDA and Breezango took the victory, but WALTER attacked his rival after the fight. The match will not be for the title, although there will be much more than that at stake.
– Adam Cole has several open fronts. After defending the NXT title against Matt Riddle last week, Finn Bálor made an appearance, stood face to face with the champion and said he will be part of the new NXT project. In addition, once the stellar event was over, when Adam Cole was leaving for the stage, Tommaso Ciampa made his return official, suggesting his intention to recover the title.
– WWE has hinted that today we will see Shayna Baszler in action. The NXT champion beat Candice LeRae last week and expects a new rival. Who will be able to snatch the title?
