Latest Cricket News – India vs Bangladesh, 3rd T20I at Nagpur: Captain Rohit Sharma credited India’s victory in the 3 match T20 series between India and Bangladesh. In the third and final T20 in Nagpur, India gave Bangladesh a target of 175 runs to win. Conditions soon changed due to the dew. The Indian bowlers bowled brilliantly in this tricky situation and led India to victory.
Rohit Sharma told the bowlers hand behind this victory. Deepak Chahar took six wickets with a hat-trick. Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul also entertained the audience with their superb batting. Bangladesh lost by 30 runs and India took the series 2–1.
After the match, Rohit Sharma said, “These were the bowlers who won the match for us. Being a batsman, I know how difficult it is to bowl in dew. But it was a good comeback for India in this format.
“It seemed easy for Bangladesh at one stage,” he said. But the bowlers understood their responsibility. It was nice to see young players taking responsibility. I just reminded the players that we are all playing for India.
Rohit said, “The players of the team demonstrated their responsibility in the match. I can understand that when the wickets are not falling then it becomes difficult for you to stay in the match and the situation is not favorable to you. But the credit goes to the bowlers. However, the batsmen also did well.
Rohit Sharma also credited the batsmen and said, “KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer played fine innings. We have to set up a balanced team before the upcoming T20 World Cup.
