Latest WWE News  – Rob Van Dam and Moose will meet at IMPACT Slammiversary XVII

The Slammiversary card continues to increase less than a month after the event takes place. Through its official website, IMPACT Wrestling has confirmed that Rob Van Dam will face Moose in the seventeenth edition of the most important pay-per-view of the company.

Rob Van Dam made his return to IMPACT Wrestling in the episode of last May 4th. Since then, he has been in the crosshairs of Josh Alexander and Ethan Page (The North) after beating the latter in his first individual fight in the company after having left six years ago. Later, RVD joined Tommy Dreamer and Sabú to defeat The North and Moose in a matchup after the latter broke into an encounter between Rob and Dreamer.

During the most recent edition of IMPACT Wrestling, Moose decided to publicly challenge Rob Van Dam to a heads-up at Slammiversary. According to the statement provided by the company, this was RVD’s response: “Yes, I will be happy to face Moose at Slammiversary, and I will show you that I am not only ‘Whole F’N Show’, but I am also ‘Mr. Pay-Per-View ‘”. In this way, the third showdown of the most important billboard of the year for IMPACT is officially confirmed.
