Latest Cricket News – India vs Bangladesh, 2nd Test at Kolkata: The countdown of India’s first day-night test has started. The official mascot of the match ‘Pinku-Tinku’ was unveiled by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly in Kolkata on Sunday (17 November). Sourav Ganguly photographed the match tickets and mascot at the Eden Gardens.

A huge pink balloon was also flown on the occasion at the Eden Gardens, which would be seen fluttering in the sky by the end of the historic Test between India and Bangladesh. Shahid Minar, the tallest building ’42 and some parks of Kolkata Municipal Corporation will also be illuminated with pink lights.

The sparkling pink ball boat was also seen in the Hooghly River. It will run between the historic Howrah Bridge and Vidyasagar Setu every evening till 22 November on match day.

The ‘Three D’ mapping of the Tata Steel Building will be done from November 20, while the Meijer Club is already glowing in pink the night before and some other buildings are expected to do the same.

The Bengal Cricket Association said in a statement that apart from a dozen hoardings, six LED boards, branded buses will also be seen in the city to create awareness about the match among the people.
