The ICC’s Dispute Reduction Panel on Wednesday ordered Pakistan to pay 60 percent of the compensation sought by the BCCI in the compensation case.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) did not respect the agreement on bilateral cricket but claimed the compensation against the BCCI, which was rejected by the ICC. Now a month after that the ICC has decided to pay the expenses for both boards.
The ICC said the panel commands the compensation to the PCB and 60 percent of the administrative expenses and panel expenses to the BCCI.
This decision of the panel is binding. On the other hand, the panel has asked the BCCI to pay 40 percent of the administrative expenditure and panel expenditure.
